Youth can bring change:
Youth have the power to stop corruption, former president Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam told students, the youth can bring in a change by advocating clean habits. He said corruption begins at every household and if the children can stop their parents from bribing others or accepting bribes, then the world would soon be a corrupt-free place. He said of 200 million households in the country, nearly about 80 million households are corrupt.

In order to fight corruption and inculcate the habit Kalam started a committee, where 10 youth can join together irrespective of the place and work towards a corrupt-free society. “I want the youth to think on the lines of what can I give to others? What i can do for others? Instead of being selfish,”

Dr.Kalam narrated a personal incident, where a person came to his house and left a lot of gift items when Kalam’s father became a panchayat president.”As the youngest child at home, my father never scolded me, but that day, he was very angry that I allowed the stranger to leave gifts at home. From then on, I get tensed whenever someone comes to me with a gift” he said. Further Dr. Kalam told the students that they should always think about ‘giving and not receiving.’

In this juncture we have to remind in our mind about the tragedy of dr. saranya parthasarathy story.Due to caste feeling and economical status saranya’s family killed parthasarathy as an engineer and being a lover and husband of saranya. Due to bribe and corruption saranya’s father stopped her to investigate the case by the way of getting and giving bribe to police force.parthasarathy might be safeguarded if the saranya’s petition take up early by the police with faithful manner.

In our Indian Govt. more than 80% are corrupt. And more than 80% youths are liquor consumers or addict to some other bad habits.

But still our Dr. Kalaam is Dreams about youth means that is with the young school children only.

But with or without the then President Kalam’s photograph in their office Our Govt. offices and officers are asking bribe 1000Rs. for a small favour to the people. It is a usual scene in the Govt. offices.

Like this way so many attempts are coming in the way to cleanIndia andIndia’s free from corruption.

Like Robert F.Kennedy’s slogan: Don’t ask the nation what it did to you? But what you contribute towards the nation is most important.;Dr. kalaam also always thinking this nation to uplifted by the youths. For that He is spending all the time towards the nation’s upliftment.
